How does E-Sagu work ?
Digital photographs and pertinent information such as soil, cropping pattern, weather, and farming practices are collected by JAFCs at regular time intervals. At scheduled points in time, or on query from farmers, JAFC transmits the data/query to Agri/Horticultural Scientist/Experts.
Experts review the history from the database and their suggestions are communicated back to the farmer within 24 hours of query initiation and Assistance is provided in implementation of the solution.
